Ahhhhh rest week is here. No structured training, no solo trainer sessions (short joint sessions with wifey allowed), no training in sub freezing weather. Some will say the past 3 weeks are too hard for the "off season" but it's still fun and motivating so what's the rub? Every morning I cheerfully get on my bike whether its for a full day of riding or a short commute to work. Isn't that what it's all about? Excuse me, bed is calling!
